Our Terms
By booking with Suds and Seats Cleaning Co., you agree to the following:
1. What We Do
Suds and Seats Cleaning Co. offers detailed car seat and booster cleaning services using baby-safe products and following manufacturer guidelines. All cleanings are by appointment and subject to availability.
2. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Life happens — we get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.
3. Payment
Payment is due after your car seat has been cleaned and returned. We’ll send a quick reminder with payment details once your item is ready.
4. Your Part
Before we arrive, please ensure car seats are ready for pickup and free of personal items like toys, blankets, or accessories. We are not responsible for any items left behind.
5. Cleaning Results
We do our best to get your gear looking fresh and clean! However, some stains or wear may be permanent — especially if they’ve been around for a while.
6. Safety & Liability
We strictly follow manufacturer guidelines for cleaning and only use approved, child-safe methods. While we take great care in handling your items, Suds and Seats Co. is not responsible for any damage, malfunction, or safety issue that may arise after cleaning, including issues resulting from reinstallation or use in a vehicle.
It is the parent or caregiver’s responsibility to reinstall the seat properly and verify its safe use. Please consult your car seat manual or contact the manufacturer if you’re unsure.
7. Release / Waiver of Liability
By booking a service with us, you (the “Customer”) agree to release and forever discharge Suds and Seats Cleaning Co. and its affiliates, employees, owners, and partners (the “Releasees”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities of any kind — known or unknown — arising out of or related to our services. This includes, but is not limited to, any issues arising from product performance after cleaning, misuse, or accidents following service. You also agree not to bring or support any legal claims against us related to your service experience.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services provided will not exceed the amount you paid us for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such.
9. Updates to These Terms
We may revise our policies as we grow. Booking with us means you’re agreeing to the most recent version of our Terms & Conditions.
