This Privacy Policy explains how Suds & Seats Cleaning Co (“we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Gilbert, Arizona, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or use our services. By using the site you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us, book a service, or check your service area, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, address or ZIP code, and your message.

Information collected automatically. Basic server logs (IP address, browser type, and time) for security, and privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics from Umami, which we self-host. Analytics load only after you accept them in our cookie banner.

The service-area address checker

When you use the “Check your address” tool, we send the address or ZIP code you enter to Google Maps to determine whether it falls within our free pickup area. We log the ZIP code and approximate coordinates of a checked address to understand and improve our service coverage. We use this only for service-area and operational purposes, and we do not use it to advertise to you.

Cookies and tracking

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under contract: Google Maps (address geocoding for the service-area checker), our self-hosted analytics, our website host (Hostinger), our booking provider, and our email provider. We may also share information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know, access, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To opt out, use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information control in our banner Preferences, enable Global Privacy Control, or contact us. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Suds & Seats Cleaning Co is a small business that does not run third-party advertising and most likely does not meet the CCPA/CPRA thresholds; we honor these requests as a matter of policy.

Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
