Service Agreement

By using Suds & Seats Co's cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services Provided

Suds & Seats Co provides professional cleaning services for car seats, strollers, and related baby gear. Our services include disassembly (where applicable), deep cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembly of your items.

Pricing

All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for items requiring extra attention or specialized cleaning.

Pickup & Delivery

We offer pickup and delivery services within our service area (Mesa, Gilbert, and Queen Creek, AZ). Customers must ensure items are accessible at the scheduled pickup time. We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible items or incorrect addresses.

Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is overnight, with items typically ready for pickup by 9:00 AM the following day. Rush services may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.

Liability

While we take every precaution to handle your items with care, Suds & Seats Co is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage, wear, or defects in your items
  • Color fading due to age or previous exposure to sunlight
  • Damage caused by manufacturer defects
  • Stains that cannot be removed despite our best efforts

We recommend inspecting your items before drop-off and noting any existing issues.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service completion. We accept various payment methods as specified during booking.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup and we will work to address your concerns.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services.
